Contradictory House Price News...Again!

In typical house price fashion, no sooner has one organisation
published their latest findings on the property and conveyancing
market, than another comes along and publishes contradictory
reports straight after!
Following on from the Land Registry statistics released
yesterday, Nationwide have reported that house prices fell by 0.5%
in July, reducing the cost of an average UK home to
£169,347.
This is supposedly the first time since February that house
prices have fallen, and conveyancing providers will be looking to
see whether this might help stimulate the conveyancing market by
bringing properties back into many peoples price range.
At 1st Property Lawyers, we’re still getting consistently
high numbers of home movers taking advantage of our great
conveyancing service.
And with 100% of our customers over the past 3 months happy to
recommend our conveyancing to their friends and colleagues, it
seems we’re certainly not experiencing any of the doom and
gloom from the wider conveyancing industry.
